On 12 November the UK National Contact Point, a governmental body, confirmed that JCB’s business practices do violate human rights in that their machinery has been used in illegal activities, both the demolition of Palestinian homes and properties and the construction of settlements in the occupied West Bank, each are war crimes according to international law.
