From Friday 25 February 2017 there will be an International Week of Action on Hewlett Packard whose companies play a key role in the Israeli occupation and the violation of the human rights of Palestinians.
The company provides Israeli naval forces with the technology to enforce the siege of Gaza and enables Israel’s mass detention and imprisonment of Palestinians through bio-metric ID systems that segregate Palestinians from Jewish Israelis.
There will be 90 actions across six continents – and two Sumud supporters will make these 91 actions by handing out Boycott Hewlett Packard cards at Argos and Sainsbury’s in the market town of Leek.
Bravo to them. It requires guts to make a lone stand but from such small beginnings bigger gestures are born.
